 Retail Store Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Driving sales and meeting targets across luxury retail boutiques in London
  • Delivering a unique customer service experience that increases return business
  • Representing and growing brand awareness locally and globally
  • Meet daily, monthly and yearly sales targets
  • Applying professional, expertise and knowledge to develop teams
  • Increasing client relationships and data base
  • Self- development of product knowledge and sharing with other teams and the MD
  • Communicate with all departments at Head Office in an effective manner
  • Merchandising store displays and providing feedback to the Design Team
  • Maximising and creative input for stock and store appearance to maximise sales
  • Support the recruitment and selection process for retail teams
  • Commercial analysis of sales figures and action as required
  • Training and mentoring retail teams to maximise sales and brand
  • Overseeing stock levels and stock control management
  • In charge of ‘reaching out for business’ promotional efforts, including store events and suitable marketing activities
  • Ensuring visual merchandising meet company brand expectations

 Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role with luxury jewellery in London
  • Proven track record of achieving sales target as an individual and as part of a team
  • Excellent skills in maintaining and building new client relations
  • Adaptable in their style of communication and easily fitting into a culturally diverse workforce
  • Leading by example and evidencing a customer centred approach in all they do
  • Commercially aware and picking up on current and new trends
  • Excellent eye for detail when merchandising achieving a ‘glowing’ store environment
  • Attitude of a self starter who takes initiative to increase sales
  • Motivator and brilliance in people managing
  • Impeccable spoken and written English
  • Flexible approach to shift work during seasonal periods and covering other stores
