Sales and Marketing Associate

Tateossian, the global luxury brand for men’s jewellery and accessories, celebrating its 30th anniversary next year, has a new opportunity for a seasoned, driven and pro-active Sales and Marketing Associate to join our Head Office team in beautiful offices in Chelsea.

You have a passion for fashion, can-do attitude and outstanding track record in building sales and meeting targets, pro-active, used to travelling and a fast paced wholesale team environment.

 Responsibilities and Duties

  • Reporting into the MD, the Sales and Marketing Associate builds the Tateossian brand trough driving sales in the assigned geographical territory and through by working closely with the Sales and Marketing team
  • Managing assigned territories and Tateossian accounts
  • Managing accounts through agents
  • Consistently achieves personal and company sales targets
  • Cultivates existing and new channels of communication to increase sales
  • Continuously builds rapport with key accounts, anticipating new opportunities
  • Planning and travelling to international trade shows
  • Excellent people management skills to work with team to achieve business objectives
  • Self reliant and completing administrative tasks to brand standard
  • Identifies consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses
  • Monthly reporting to the MD and recommendations for action plan
  • Ensuring that all agreed marketing material is delivered in a timely manner
  • International diary management

Essential skills and experience

  • Minimum of 2 years evidenced history of achieving sales targets in the London fashion or luxury good industry
  • Demonstrates excellent business partnering skills through extensive networking with current and new accounts
  • In depth understanding of the global luxury good wholesale market
  • Target driven and experienced in analysing sales data to drive performance
  • Must have excellent command of written and oral English, business correspondence
  • Polished personal presentation demonstrating adaptability to international business etiquette
  • Plans ahead and communicates effectively with all other departments 
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and all MS Office applications
  • Deadline orientated and maintaining high standards when working under pressure
  • Leads by example & acts as motivator for the Sales Team and Assistant
  • Sensitive to different cultures and adapts to cross-cultural working environment
  • Additional languages are a distinct advantage but not essential
