Sales & Marketing Internship – Luxury Wholesale

Tateossian, the global luxury wholesale and retail brand has a unique opportunity in their Sales and Marketing Team for an enthusiastic, organised Intern who is excited to learn about and grow with a London based fashion brand.  This is a versatile role supporting the day to day administrative tasks of the Sales & Marketing Team.


Based in London, Tateossian is an international luxury fashion brand of over 70 employees and a showroom in London. From Siberia to Saudi Arabia, Tateossian sells in more than 72 countries around the world, in the most prestigious, fashionable boutiques and department stores - Tsum in Moscow, Harrods in London, Saks in New York and Isetan in Tokyo to name a few.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Support the Sales & Marketing Team with day to day tasks and administrative duties
  • Updating data for proposals
  • Creating data sheets in Excel with product information for clients
  • Liaise with Production and Design teams to get updates on orders and samples
  • Liaising with the Graphics Team for visuals
  • Assisting in preparing the show room collections
  • Assisting in preparing training sheets
  • Preparing samples for send outs
  • Preparing show room for clients and assisting with ad-hoc duties

Profile

  • Student or graduate interested in a career in luxury wholesale sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent attention to detail and very strong organisational and time management skills
  • Punctual, committed and responsible
  • High-level IT skills, all MS Office Application, particularly Excel
  • Fashion conscious, well presented and confident
