Tateossian ships worldwide with UPS and Royal Mail Airsure. Email us at customerservice@tateossian.com if you would like your tracking number. Orders are usually packed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-10 days of the ship date, depending on your location. UPS Express service is available for an additional charge, simply email us for more information. Gifts can be shipped to an address different from the billing address.

Hassle Free Returns

• You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange unworn and unused products in their original packaging.
• When you contact Customer Service, you will be given a Return Authorisation number which you should retain for your records. When shipping a return, we strongly recommend that you use registered post, or another secure method of delivery, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. For hygiene purposes, we cannot accept returned earrings
• We will refund the full amount (excluding shipping charges) upon receiving the return. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
• All items purchased from "Sale" section are final and cannot be returned.
